Honoring the Ocean

This week, hundreds of Angelenos gathered at Zuma beach to celebrate their underwater parks. The Los Angeles Marine Protected Area Collaborative, which includes Wishtoyo Foundation (and its Ventura Coastkeeper Program) and Los Angeles Waterkeeper, held its first-ever “Honor the Ocean” event. Why We Can’t Stop Talking About Seahorses

Earlier this month, The California Department of Fish and Wildlife discovered a rare seahorse near an eelgrass restoration site in Upper Newport Bay.
